Welcome to Quantan Innovations Pvt Ltd ('Quantan Innovations', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'print shop operator', or 'Subscriber') and Quantan Innovations Pvt Ltd, governing your access to and use of the Quantan platform, which includes:
By registering an account, activating a subscription, or using any component of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Services.
These Terms are executed in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and all other applicable laws of the Republic of India.

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Quantan Innovations reserves the right to verify eligibility and suspend accounts where eligibility criteria are not met.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable subscription fees, Quantan Innovations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business operations within India.
You must not, directly or indirectly:
To access the Software, you must register a tenant account using a valid business email address. Your registered email address serves as your primary account identifier and login credential. You agree to:
Quantan Innovations will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to disable any account where we reasonably believe that security has been compromised or these Terms have been violated.
The Software is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. You must manually renew your subscription prior to expiry to continue using the Software. Upon expiry of a subscription period, access to the Software and associated hardware integrations will be suspended until renewal is completed.
Quantan Innovations offers a 14 (fourteen) day free trial for new subscribers. The free trial provides full access to the Software's features without charge. No payment information is required during the free trial period. At the end of the 14-day trial, the Software will revert to restricted access unless a paid subscription is activated. Free trials are available once per registered entity and are non-transferable.
Subscription fees are as published on https://www.quantan.io at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Quantan Innovations reserves the right to revise subscription fees at any time, with prior notice of at least 15 (fifteen) days to existing subscribers before the revised fees take effect.
All payments are processed exclusively through authorised third-party payment gateways. Quantan Innovations does not store, process, or have access to raw payment card data or sensitive financial credentials at any point.
By making a payment, you expressly agree to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable third-party payment gateway. Quantan Innovations shall not be held responsible or liable for any errors, delays, failures, unauthorised transactions, fraud, or losses arising out of or in connection with the processing of payments by third-party payment service providers. Any disputes regarding payment processing must be raised directly with the relevant payment gateway or your financial institution.
A GST-compliant electronic invoice will be issued for each subscription payment. You are responsible for providing accurate GST registration details (if applicable) at the time of purchase. Quantan Innovations shall not be liable for incorrect invoices arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.
You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Software to:
Quantan Innovations reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately and without prior notice if a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy is detected or reasonably suspected.
Your use of the Services is subject to Quantan Innovations' Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The current version of the Privacy Policy is accessible within the Software under Settings → Legal → Privacy Policy and at https://www.quantan.io.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Software and Services, including but not limited to source code, object code, algorithms, user interfaces, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and documentation ('Quantan IP'), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Quantan Innovations Pvt Ltd or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the Software to you. You receive only a limited license as described in Section 4. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Software may be used by Quantan Innovations freely and without obligation or compensation to you.
You must not use the Quantan Innovations name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Quantan IP constitutes infringement and may attract civil and criminal liability under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and the Copyright Act, 1957.
The Services may interface with or depend upon third-party services, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment gateways, communication services, and hardware component manufacturers. These third-party services are governed entirely by their own terms and conditions.
Quantan Innovations makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or security of any third-party service. Quantan Innovations is not responsible for any loss, damage, data breach, or disruption arising from the failure, downtime, policy changes, or misconduct of third-party services. You are advised to review the terms of any third-party service you interact with through the Services.
Quantan Innovations supplies the Quantan Kiosk as part of its end-to-end print shop automation solution. The Quantan Kiosk is a self-service hardware unit deployed at print shop premises, integrating dedicated computing hardware, a connected printer, and a touchscreen interface for customer-facing print order submission.
The Kiosk is sold or provided on a supply basis and is intended for use exclusively in conjunction with the Quantan Software platform. Hardware supplied by Quantan Innovations remains subject to these Terms in addition to any hardware-specific documentation provided at the time of supply.
Hardware units must be installed and operated strictly in accordance with the installation guides and documentation provided by Quantan Innovations. You agree to:
Hardware units supplied by Quantan Innovations are covered under a limited hardware warranty as specified in the product documentation provided with the unit. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
Quantan hardware units may incorporate components sourced from third-party manufacturers, including printers and peripheral devices. Quantan Innovations makes no independent warranty in respect of such third-party components beyond what is provided by the respective manufacturer.
For hardware defects or failures attributable to a third-party component, you may be directed to the relevant manufacturer's warranty or support process. Quantan Innovations will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating such claims where possible.
If a hardware unit arrives in a non-functional or visibly damaged condition, you must:
Quantan Innovations will assess Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims and, where validated, arrange for repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution at its discretion. DOA claims submitted beyond 2 business days of receipt may not be accepted.
You must not modify, disassemble, repair, or tamper with any hardware unit supplied by Quantan Innovations. Any unauthorised modification will immediately void the hardware warranty and may result in suspension of your Services. Quantan Innovations shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or malfunction arising from unauthorised hardware modifications.
Hardware units supplied in connection with a Software subscription remain operational for as long as an active subscription is maintained. Upon termination or expiry of a subscription, hardware integrations dependent on the Quantan platform will cease to function. Quantan Innovations is not responsible for any business disruption arising from hardware becoming non-operational following subscription expiry.
Ownership of hardware units is as specified in the purchase agreement or hardware supply documentation. Where hardware is provided on a rental or loan basis, it must be returned to Quantan Innovations upon termination of the subscription in the same condition as supplied, subject to reasonable wear.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE', WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANTAN INNOVATIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Quantan Innovations does not warrant that the Software will meet your specific requirements, that it will operate without interruption, or that all defects will be corrected. You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software and Services.
WITH RESPECT TO THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAYS, QUANTAN INNOVATIONS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF SUCH SERVICES. ALL PAYMENT PROCESSING IS CONDUCTED ENTIRELY BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, AND ANY RELIANCE ON SUCH SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, QUANTAN INNOVATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall Quantan Innovations' total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Quantan Innovations in the 3 (three) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Quantan Innovations shall not be liable under any circumstances for losses arising out of:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantan Innovations Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms commence on the date you first register an account or activate the Services and continue for as long as you hold an active subscription, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Section.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by discontinuing use of the Software and not renewing your subscription upon expiry. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 16 (Cancellation and Refund Policy).
Quantan Innovations reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if:
Upon termination or expiry of your subscription, your license to use the Software is immediately revoked, and hardware integrations dependent on the Quantan platform will cease to function. You must cease all use of the Software. Quantan Innovations may retain your data for up to 30 (thirty) days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations. Sections 9, 12, 13, 14, and 17 shall survive termination.
This Policy governs cancellations and refund requests for subscription fees and hardware purchases made through Quantan Innovations. It is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
As Quantan Innovations subscriptions are not auto-renewed, no automatic charges will occur after your current subscription period ends. You may choose not to renew your subscription at expiry, which constitutes a natural cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your active subscription before its expiry date, you must submit a cancellation request to legal@quantan.io within 2 (two) days of the subscription activation date. Cancellation requests submitted after 2 days of activation will not be eligible for a refund for that subscription period.
Refunds for monthly subscription fees will only be considered under the following conditions:
Note: Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, users have the right to seek redressal for defective services. This policy does not override your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.
Notwithstanding the transaction amount limit in Clause 16.2, a refund or service credit may be granted where the User can demonstrate, to Quantan Innovations' reasonable satisfaction, that:
Quantan Innovations reserves the right to offer a service credit, extended subscription period, or monetary refund at its discretion upon verification of a qualifying defect. The decision of Quantan Innovations shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Hardware units supplied by Quantan Innovations are not eligible for return or refund except under the following conditions:
No refund will be issued for hardware where the damage or malfunction is caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, physical damage, or failure to follow installation and operating guidelines. Hardware returns or replacements are not processed outside of DOA and warranty coverage.
All payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Quantan Innovations does not control and is not liable for any errors, failures, delays, or disputes arising in connection with payment gateway transactions. For any payment disputes, chargebacks, or issues related to the payment process itself, you must contact the relevant payment gateway or your bank directly. Quantan Innovations will provide reasonable cooperation in facilitating the resolution of bona fide payment disputes where required by law.
No charges are applied during the 14 (fourteen) day free trial period. Accordingly, no refund is applicable for the free trial. If you do not wish to continue after the free trial, simply do not activate a paid subscription.
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved by Quantan Innovations, the refund will be processed within 2 (two) business days of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Quantan Innovations is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banking institutions once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Requests must include your registered email address, Tenant ID, reason for cancellation or refund, and (for defect claims) a description of the issue with supporting screenshots or logs. Quantan Innovations will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 (two) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date either party notifies the other in writing of the dispute.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Nothing in this Section limits your right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, if you believe your rights as a consumer have been violated.
Quantan Innovations reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email (to the registered account email address) or in-Software notification at least 15 (fifteen) days before they take effect. The version number and effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible within the Software under Settings → Legal → Terms of Service and at https://www.quantan.io.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
No failure or delay by Quantan Innovations in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantan Innovations with respect to the Services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
