Cancellation & Refund Terms

This policy explains how you can cancel or request a refund for services purchased through our Platform.

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
2. Quantan does not accept cancellation requests if the transaction amount exceeds Rs. 100. Refunds or replacements are only possible if the user can establish that there are functional issues or bugs in the software.
3. For products covered under manufacturer warranty, users are advised to contact the respective manufacturer directly for support or replacement.
4. Once a refund is approved by Quantan, it will be processed within 2 days and the amount will be returned using the original payment method.
