Is this a franchise? Do I pay an ongoing royalty?
No. Quantan's partner model is not a franchise. You are an independent kiosk owner. You set your own print prices, choose your own location, and keep 100% of print revenue. Quantan charges only a platform fee on online UPI transactions — there is no franchise fee, territory restriction, or royalty.
Who handles customer support at my kiosk?
Your kiosk operates fully unattended. The Quantan dashboard provides real-time alerts for any issues — paper jams, low ink, connectivity — so you can act remotely. For technical support, Quantan's team is available via contact@quantan.io.
What happens if a customer's file doesn't print correctly?
The Quantan system handles file validation before accepting payment. If a job fails, the transaction is reversed. Files are automatically deleted after every print — successfully completed or not — for security.
Can I own more than one kiosk?
Yes. Quantan's partner dashboard is designed for multi-kiosk operators. You can monitor revenue, printer health, and queues across all your kiosks from one interface. Platform fees can be further reduced for multi-kiosk deployments — contact contact@quantan.io.
Does the kiosk need Wi-Fi or internet?
Quantan kiosks connect via ethernet (RJ-45). A stable wired internet connection is required. This ensures reliability in high-traffic environments.
